Spanning travel, environment, art, and design, the connection between nature and culture is at the heart of my work.

I hold a master’s degree in journalism and have over 15 years of experience in print and digital media. My writing appears in National Geographic, The Globe and Mail, AFAR, Vogue, and Sierra. As a copywriter, I create content for campaigns and editorial stories for global travel, wellness, and design clients. A portfolio of my brand work is available on request.

If I’m not writing, you’ll find me reading a book, lacing up my hiking boots to explore B.C.’s Coast Mountains, or heading to the airport—it’s hard to keep me in one spot for too long. Stories have taken me on journeys around the globe, including road tripping down Patagonia’s rugged Carretera Austral, following in the footsteps of Alexander the Great to reach a remote Egyptian oasis, and rafting up Canada’s oldest river in the Arctic for two weeks.
